Got commitment issues? So did our ex. When you purchase directly from our site, we’ll accept returns within 30 days. After 30 days, we’ll be happy to offer you a replacement if the product presents any factory defects.

However, we do not accept returns from any third-party purchases. If you experience any issues, please reach out to the seller. If your product presents any factory defects, we'll still replace it for you under our one-year warranty!

SO…WHEN DO I GET THE GOODS? HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

We’ll never waste your time, fam. The pandemic has caused some major disruptions, but generally, you can expect your GLISTER order to arrive within 2 to 7 days if you’re located in the US. International shipping can take 7+ days depending on the country. All of our orders are processed on the day they are received or the next morning at the latest. 

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

GLISTER is all in-house, baby. We’re living in a digital world with fewer borders, so our US-led international team develops and designs each new tool. Then, the products are manufactured in our own factories in China, with strict quality control measures.
