Do you take returns?

All sales are final, but in the rare case your product has any factory defect that prevents your hair from reaching its highest potential, let us replace it for you by contacting us right away!

Do you ship internationally?

We are continually expanding the reach of our shipping capabilities. If your location is not an option in our system yet, please contact us to arrange your shipment.

How long does the shipping take?

Shipping within the US territory takes between 2 to 7 business days (depending on the address). International shipping could take 7+ days (depending on the country). All of our orders are processed the same day they are received or the next morning, at the latest. The exact time of delivery might be hard to determine due to the current pandemic accurately.

Where are your products made?

We have our own High-Quality factories in China, where our products are made under Quality Control regulations, tested, and then shipped to the US for distribution.
